Fast Free Shipping with No Order Minimum sources several product suppliers including our own inventory to bring our customers an expanded product assortment.

Our Free Shipping service is fast, depending on the product and your location we can usually have an item to you within 2 - 4 business days after an order is placed. If you need expedited shipping it is available in most cases for an additional fee.

Currently we only ship to the continental USA (lower 48 states) and cannot service APO addresses. Some products ship directly from our manufacturers and distributors. Your order may arrive in separate shipments by different carriers.

We use PayPal for secure payments. A Paypal account is not necessary to make purchases. If you do not have a Paypal account please choose checkout as a guest on the payment screen. All major credit cards are accepted. Some of our suppliers price items according to demand so if your interested in a purchase please don't delay, prices and inventory levels change daily. Just True Bargains reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at anytime.

Easy Product Returns

You may return your purchase in original condition within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs, plus a 15% restocking fee. Most of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

If a product arrives damaged or we have made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement items, we'll pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, than be aware that the applicable fees will be assessed, including return fee, our actual shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

All sales are final on large electronic items such as televisions, personal items such as razors, hair brushes and under garments. All sales are final on items that have had gas or oil in them or ship via freightline. Usually these items are covered under the original manufacturers warranty.

How can I return a product?

You may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt. All returned orders must be pre-authorized, simply contact us for an RMA#. Please include your original order number, or invoice number, the product(s) you are returning and your name. We will provide you with an RMA number and a return shipping address.

Damaged Shipments

Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Write down any visible damage such as crushed box, torn, creased or other circumstances about the delivery.

If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and notify our customer service department immediately.
